The machines in Printing & Dyeing Factory are mostly imported from Germany, Italy and Japan. They represent the highest level of the machines in this industry. There are screen / rotary / transfer printing machines, giant jig dyeing machine, extra-broad width uniform continuous pad dyeing machine, overflow dyeing machine and a series of machines for fabrics' pretreatment and post-treatment. The broadest width we can dye is 320cm and that of printing is 280cm with 18 dyestuffs. Besides, we have more than 1,200 sewing machines used for producing various home textiles and another 300 special sewing machines for making garments. We offer various kinds of printing or dyeing fabrics, such as cotton, silk cotton, T/C, CVC, peach skin fabric, stretch fabric, and corduroy, as well as jacquards and down proof fabrics with high-count and high density. These kinds of fabrics can be used in three ways: bed linens, home textiles and garments. Besides these, we can also provide other fabrics with special technology. As to bed linens, it is another competitive product of us. We try our best to make our fabrics, cutting, sewing and packing satisfactory. Up to the present our products have been introduced to U.S.A., European countries, Japan and Australia, etc. U.S.A. is our key export market. We provide sheet sets, pillowcases, tablecloth, etc. for big stores, such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Kohl's etc. indirectly; and also some big companies, like Springs Industries, Pacific Coast Feather, Hollander Home Fashions and Louisville Bedding etc. Our garment workshop has advanced and complete instruments for making year-round garments. We have garment experts there to supervise the whole production flow line. We process garments for both national and overseas companies. Most of the time, it is really very convenient for us to use the fabrics produced in our own Printing & Dyeing factory. Our products and service have won a very good reputation both at home and abroad. We were awarded many Certificates and Awards every year, such as "AAA High Prestige Enterprise", "National Best Economic-Benefit Township Enterprise" and our company was listed in "500 Biggest Township Enterprise in China", and also "The Biggest Scale Township Enterprise in P&D Profession of China". Our sales income was ranked within the top 50 in China's printing & dyeing industry and the quantity of export was ranked within the top 100 in this industry of China. We are planning to broaden our company step by step. We have a dream that one day, the factories of our company can be linked as a complete textile production line, which starts with cotton and finishes with manufactures.
